The Lord says

The Lord says,"There are many of you who have been wounded and hurt by those who say they represent Me and do not. This wounding has caused you to turn from Me because you have not known how to overcome it. Some of you have lost your passion for Me because these wounds were inflicted at a youthful age. I want to tell you I remember your passion when you were young. I have not forgotten you. I want you to know that what happened to you was wrong and that those who said they represented Me did not. I want you to know I am coming to you to heal you because I love you and have plans and purposes for your lives that you cannot even imagine at this time. I have always loved you and always will love you. I am calling you back to Myself so that I may restore you completely. I Myself will fight for you! I will teach you in the way you should go, so come and follow Me and let Me show you what I am doing. As you watch Me and watch what I am doing, you will overcome any wound the enemy of your soul tries to inflict upon you. Be strong and courageous, I am with you."

To A Special Teenager

God sees how you suffer so much criticism from your parents. It seems that in their eyes you can doing nothing to please them. The Lord wants you to know that He does not see you that way. He created you and loves you just the way you are. He wants you to be strong and courageous. He will use these trying times to strengthen you. God says, "Have respect and honor toward your parents because I used them to bring you into this world for My purpose. But do not believe the negative criticism and hurtful things they say. I will lead you into what is right. I am with you and helping you even though, at times, it doesn't look like it. Be strong and courageous and know that I have a wonderful plan and purpose for your life. I created you specifically for that purpose and no one else can fill the purpose I have for you." Heavenly Father, on behalf of this one, I ask for your great comfort to touch them. Give this one new insight and clarity of who you are and how you see them. Let them experience your life changing presence. Lord, help them to overcome any lies they are tempted to believe about themselves and to only believe what you and your Word says about them. Lord, the Bible says that when you created everything you said it was GOOD and VERY GOOD. Heavenly Father, that means this sepcial teenager that you created is VERY GOOD and is BLESSED by you. I ask, Father, that you would encourage them daily with your love and presence. Strengthen their heart and help them to look to you and talk to you about everything that goes on in their life. Know for sure, dear one, God loves you with a love that lasts forever!

For John

Dear Jesus, I know you see John and what he is going through. Father, I ask that you would meet his every need, especially his health needs. You love this man so much and Your desire toward him is for good and not evil. Let him know that you are hearing his deepest thoughts, and help him to know, Father, that you will bring in every needed resource. Pour out a blessing on John. Father, I pray for his complete healing and recovery, and that as he reads this prayer post that he will experience Your wonderful presence and know without a doubt that You love him and are going to help him. Thank you, Jesus for Your healing touch. Thank you, Jesus for loving John and touching his life. Thank you, Father, that you are showing John who You are and how much You love him.

For Dolly (not your real name)

Jesus loves you deeply and has great things for you. He wants to deliver you from the things that bring you great harm. He sees your deep pain and He is going to heal you. Lord, I ask that you would set this one free from his current life circumstances. I ask, Father, that You show this one Your incredible love and care. I pray for his complete healing in every part of his life, soul and body. No more abuse in the name of Jesus. I declare freedom from all bondage for this special one by the precious blood of Jesus! God sees you and is working on your behalf, you are soooooo important to Him!

To one in the media scene

God sees you right where you are -- looking and seeking for truth. He wants you to condiser Him and let Him show you a few things. He is the Truth and has all truth. He also sees your spouse and the illness they suffer. As a sign to you He says, "There is healing in your house today!" He says, "Follow Me and I will show you things you do not know. I will tell you secrets pertaining to things future." Jesus has a plan and purpose for your life and He wants you to come to Him now! You sense the call on your life, you feel like there has got to be more, that you have some sort of destiny to fulfill. Come to Jesus now, as it is through Him that your destiny in life will be fullfilled. Oh, Lord Jesus, I stand before you on behalf of this one. I pray that your Kingdom purposes be revealed now. According to Your word, Lord, I declare a healing upon this spouse today! No more wondering, no more questioning, but rather a revelation of You and who You are. Glory to God!! Thank you, Jesus for your incredible healing power!

Wheelchair Peace / New Single Mom

To the one in a wheelchair - the Lord wants you to know He loves you very, very much. He sees all that you go through, especially the frustration. He is going to comfort you and help. Even as you read this post, a peace is settling on you. In the days ahead, He is going to send to you someone who will share God's special message for you. God wants you to know that He has a plan for your life and He loves you deeply. He wants you to know that this is not the end but a beginning. Jesus, I pray for this one, that you would bring him or her into a place of peace with you. Let this one feel your deep love in a real personal way. Comfort their heart and begin to show the good things you have instore for this special one. Thank you, Jesus.

To the new single mother - You are so special and so is your little bundle. Jesus sees you in this transition time and wants you to know that He is there with you 24/7 and that you are not alone. He loves you both very, very much and He is goinig to help you in every way -- especially with finances and a place to live. He is going to see to it that you have everything you need to bring your little one up. Believe in Him, He won't let you down. Jesus, I know you see this special mother and her little one and that you are moving heaven and earth on their behalf. I believe you, Father, that even today some sort of gift will come to this mother as a sign that You are with her and her baby. On behalf of these, Lord, I ask for miracles of finances and a safe home. I also ask, Father, that you would encourage this mother and baby with your great peace, comfort and presence. I pray they both experience your great, great love and care for them personally and that they would always feel safe and secure in your presence. Thank you, Father, for all your are doing on behalf of these special ones.

A leap of faith

It all started when I got this new computer and wanted to put it to good use. I have family members who blog and have been inspired to give this blogging thing a try. So here I am feeling quite small in the huge "online" world. I hope eventually to be posting general and/or specific prayers I feel to pray for others (thus the name of this blog). Kinda like an online prayer journal. Actually, for me, more like an online "prayer journey." So today's prayer: Lord, let the journey begin! And thank you for this wonderful and crazy idea. I dedicate this blog to you Jesus, the Most Magnificent One, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. May You get all the glory! I'm asking this blog be used to touch others with your amazing love, and as each person visits this site I pray they experience your incredible presence and love in a very real and personal way.
